Hey there, I’m Brittany Marie!

You will learn aside from real estate, I am a mom, a wife, an animal advocate, a Qualicum community events volunteer and a lover of all people.

We live in times where the comfort of home is cherished more than ever, and for some (myself included), working remotely means working from home. With this in mind, I wanted to merge real estate services and this same comfortable and safe feeling for my clients.

As a second-generation Realtor, I discovered my love of real estate, watching my uncle develop his highly accredited real estate business across the BC Lower Mainland. With extensive knowledge in business and over 8 years as an entrepreneur, I developed a successful business here on Vancouver Island and connected deeply with my community. My intimate understanding of Vancouver Island neighbourhoods, community centers, schools, and the cultures that are unique to them, helps my clients to feel better connected to their communities of interest.

I am highly intuitive, which helps to put minds at ease with my personalized and patient approach, deeply investing myself in addressing the individual needs of each and every client. In addition, I have a keen eye for renovation, interior design, space, and colour. With many personal experiences buying and selling properties across the lower mainland and Vancouver Island, I recognize the work, commitment and value of each move.

I currently reside in Qualicum Beach on a beautiful property with my husband, two boys, one very spoiled pup, 6 posh hens and 2 well-loved rabbits. While building on my real estate business, I find work life balance and make time for my passions to raise my boys, grow and harvest my own fruits and vegetables, support children and families in my community, rescue animals, build human connection and help to build up business women in my community.
